Regulations affecting temporary tattoos
Temporary tattoos are considered toys and cosmetics within European territory. They are classified as toys as they are primarily aimed at children, and as cosmetic products as they come into contact with the skin. Therefore, tattoos must comply with a series of quality standards that ensure their safety.

Our tattoos comply with the cosmetic regulation EC 1223/2009, the toy regulations EN71 1-2-3 and have been dermatologically tested for sensitive skin. The inks we use are plant-based and free from fragrances, BPA and phthalates.
